Apple Harvest Festival 2024 Schedule. This premier arts and crafts event celebrates all things apple and the beauty of the great smoky mountains. As always, the festival is held the first two full weekends in october, rain or shine.

The national apple harvest festival is located in scenic adams county, in south central pennsylvania. One of fortuna’s signature events, the 39th annual apple harvest festival is happening saturday october 5, 2024, free public transportation will be available by fortuna transit (stops between rohner park/downtown to fortuna fire station) and the people mover (stops between 12th & main and clendenen’s).
